PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Made of 100% USA cotton, this textile is beefy, durable, and absorbent, and is virtually shrink free as a result of garment dyeing. The garment is washed with natural enzymes, resulting in a broken-in feel, just like a T-shirt that was washed or worn for a decade or two. Its special features include its heavy and sturdy feel and combined with a more generous fit (about 1 wider on the flat then a contemporary T-shirt) and higher neck line.
Pigment Dyed Color: Vintage Black
This garment is specially dyed for one of a kind coloring. Please note that color transfer may occur, especially when wet.  We recommend washing this garment separately in cold water.

NOR CAL RESIST

NorCal Resist is a volunteer-run grassroots organization that provides a range of community support, mutual aid, and immigration defense services free to the public. Their work includes:
  • Immigration and legal support — “Know Your Rights” trainings, deportation defense, accompaniment to ICE check-ins, court appearances, assist with asylum and work-permit applications, and participation in ICE rapid response efforts.
  • Mutual aid and basic needs support — Monthly food and diaper distributions, a community farm (Seeds of Solidarity), and assistance with essentials like groceries and clothing.
  • Community safety and empowerment programs — Free brake light repair clinics to help reduce unwanted police stops, Community Fix-It and day laborer outreach to connect workers with local resources, and additional workshops including ESL courses and educational events.
  • Accompaniment and rapid response — Volunteers join individuals for essential appointments and help report or respond to local ICE activity as part of broader community defense efforts.

NorCal Resist is based in Sacramento, California, and serves communities throughout Northern California. Services and programs extend across the following counties. 
  • Sacramento, Yolo, Yuba, Placer, Sutter, El Dorado, Colusa, Butte, Tehama, Siskiyou, Calaveras, and Del Norte counties.
Their work often reaches  the Central Valley and Northern California through events, trainings, rapid response networks, and partnerships with local organizations.
